YKK AP America has announced plans to expand its presence in the Texas market. Company officials say they plan to open a new production, distribution and logistics facility located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area next spring.

“Texas is strong market and focal point for YKK AP America as we look to expand in the local area as well as the western United States,” says Oliver Stepe, senior vice president. “The new facility with expanded production and customer support functions will allow us to strengthen service, shorten lead-times and improve transportation services throughout the Texas region and to points further west.”
