Woodgrain has announced the completion of its purchase of Huttig Building Products, domestic distributor of millwork, building materials and wood products. The acquisition, the company says, significantly increases Woodgrain’s distribution network, its product offering, and its value-added services.

With the acquisition of Huttig Building Products, Woodgrain grows its distribution center network to 32 locations and expands Woodgrain’s national footprint into several key markets along the Northeastern, Midwestern, Southern, and Western regions.
