Wincore Windows and Doors recently announced the addition of automated welding and corner cleaning machines to its vinyl window production lines. According to the company, Wincore is the first window manufacturer in the U.S. to have this combined technology.

The automated high-heat parallel welder and dual-head corner cleaning machine are both operated by a computerized control panel that guarantees precision and consistency for vinyl window welds.

“We are thrilled to be the first U.S. vinyl window manufacturer to utilize the combined technology of both machines,” said Wincore COO Brian Standley. “Quality is something that we will not compromise on, even as our customer demands increase. And the addition of these precision systems ensures we will never have to.”

The new equipment is manufactured by ROTOX, an international door and window equipment supplier with more than 400 employees worldwide.
