Michael Ghizzone joined Vision Industries Group on February 6 as the new operations manager in the company’s South Plainfield, N.J., location.

Ghizzone comes to Vision with more than 25 years experience in the door and window industry including multiple window manufacturers. These roles allowed him to apply his knowledge in lean manufacturing, quality control and logistics, “enabling them to reach record heights in an industry facing much instability the last few years,” according to a press release from Vision.

The statement adds that Ghizzone has strong leadership skills and a customer-driven style, and he is eager to incorporate his ideas, vision and wealth of experience into enhancing current operations at Vision Hardware.
