Vinylmax Windows of Hamilton, Ohio, recently surpassed 2 million man-hours without a lost-time accident in the company’s 150,000-square-foot manufacturing facility.

“The safety of our most important asset, our employees, is our number one priority,” said Vinylmax president Laura Doerger-Roberts. “With a dedicated safety team, we’re constantly analyzing our process to optimize the process, and to ensure that we’re producing our products in the safest manner possible.”

Vinylmax was founded in 1982 by the Doerger family.
