Venetian Builders Says First-Half 2013 Sales Better than All of 2012
August 20th, 2013 by EditorBroward County sunroom, screen enclosure and patio cover sales for Venetian Builders Inc., Miami, grew during the first half of 2013, which, according to the company, helped it set residential sales records there and throughout its four-county service area for the second consecutive year.
“That we surpassed all of our 2012 Broward sales volume in just the first six months of this year shows that our marketing plan is succeeding beyond expectations,” says Chris Noe, president. “This is the first time we have had a retail presence for the entire year, and first-half figures show more people than ever are aware of our products and services.”
Venetian has placed retail sales displays made of actual building materials in 41 Home Depots, throughout Broward County, Noe says. “The displays have stoked the imagination of shoppers considering additional living area, whether it’s an indoor room such as a solarium or insulated patio enclosure, or an outdoor room such as a patio screen or screen pool enclosure,” he adds.
Patio roof sales also have increased, according to Noe. “We’ve added wooden roofs this year to our aluminum offerings, and we’ve begun to offer aluminum pergolas and aluminum roofs with a pergola edge,” Noe says. “We’re also offering retractable awnings.
“For homeowners seeking privacy, we’ve added aluminum lattice with a wood look but not the wood maintenance. All these products have helped boost residential sales,” he says.
Venetian says it has permitting experts who are accustomed to working with municipal officials and with homeowners associations, shortening the time from design to construction. “We build to meet or exceed code, even in high-wind areas, where regulations are the toughest, such as along oceans, lakes, ponds, canals, golf courses and parks,” Noe adds.
Venetian installs custom-designed aluminum sunroom additions, patio roofs, patio covers and swimming pool screen enclosures in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties, and in the Florida Keys in Monroe County.
Its such as you learn my thoughts! You seem to know so much about this, such as you wrote the e book in it or something. I think that you could do with a few p.c. to power the message house a little bit, but other than that, that is wonderful blog. A great read. I’ll certainly be back.
