William Freeman, technical consultant to the Resilient Floor Covering Institute (RFCI), discussed the institutes alternative to Health Product Declarations (HPDs), during the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) Summer Conference held June 1-4, in Indianapolis. Freeman explained why RFCI created Product Transparency Declarations (PTDs) and how they differ from HPDs.
