Strybuc Industries has acquired Hialeah, Fla.-based AA Hulse and Son Distributors. Paul Pierangeli, vice president of marketing and sales, says the move strengthens Strybuc’s footprint in the southeast corner of the U.S.

Pierangeli adds that AA Hulse and Son Distributors’ former owner, Helen Ovdijev, will join Strybuc as an account manager in its sales department.

“Strybuc looks forward to working with Helen, who will work to quickly transfer open quotes and inventory and take care of any other needs for servicing customers,” Strybuc officials say.
