Katie Sponseller

RSL, a Novatech Company, has announced the hiring of Katie Sponseller as head of product design for the U.S. market. In her new role, Katie will design new decorative glass concepts, inspire product innovation and promote brand recognition, officials said. She will focus on housing trends, regional design differences, builders’ and architects’ needs, and develop growth in the decorative glass market.

Sponseller has over 18 years of experience in the building products industry. Prior to joining Novatech/RSL she held positions with JELD-WEN and ODL. She resides near RSL’s Austintown facility with her son.
