Roto Frank of America Works with University of Connecticut

Roto UConn VisitRoto Frank of America Inc. president and CEO Chris Dimou recently met with officials from the University of Connecticut (UConn), along with Larry McHugh, president of the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce and chair of the UConn board of trustees, to discuss ideas for promoting workforce development, technical support for manufacturing and identifying emerging technologies and capabilities.

The group also toured the Pratt & Whitney Additive Manufacturing Innovation Center (AMIC) on the UConn campus as part of a follow-up to meeting for members of the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce Manufacturing Council held in May at Roto Frank of America to address the challenges of developing skilled workers to fill the growing availability of the number of jobs with higher level manufacturers in the state.
