R/W Specialties (RW), a portfolio company of Strength Capital Partners (SCP), announced the completion of the purchase of assets and merging of operations of America Building Products (ABP).

Founded in 1965, RW is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products serving a diversified customer base located throughout the Mountain West.

Headquartered in Denver, Colo., the company has operations in Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and Wyoming. America Building Products, based in Jefferson City, Mo., is a dedicated distributor of interior and exterior doors, windows, cabinets, hardware, and millwork, serving its customers in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Illinois, and Arkansas.
