PGT Innovations has announced several executive promotions that company officials say support its strategy to grow organically and through acquisitions.

“These leadership changes will help leverage our teams’ strengths across the entire organization while allowing us to streamline resources,” said Jeff Jackson, the company’s president and CEO. “As we’ve increased our total team to now include approximately 5,500 team members, these executive moves allow for a better span of control to manage strengths and support our growth as well as demonstrate the effectiveness of our succession planning process.”

Mike Wothe was promoted to executive vice president of operations and Debbie LaPinska has been promoted to chief customer officer with responsibilities for sales and marketing. Rachel Evans was promoted to senior vice president of human resources, and Bob Keller has been promoted to senior vice president of research and development, product innovation and technology. All four report to Jackson.

Eric Kowalewski is now serving as president of operations, Southeast region, and Mark Yeandle has been promoted to president of operations, Western region, both reporting to Mike Wothe.

All appointments were effective February 27, 2023.
