Pella Corp. is buying Reilly Windows & Doors, a manufacturer and designer of high-end, custom-made window walls and doors. Terms of the sale, which takes effect on August 1, were not disclosed.

Reilly Windows & Doors will remain under the leadership of Michael Reilly and maintain its brand and focus on the luxury marketplace. Over time, Reilly Windows & Doors will be integrated into the Pella Crafted Luxury collection showcased in the company’s 7,000-square-foot showroom in LuxeHome at Chicago’s Merchandise Mart.

The 180 employees at Reilly’s 192,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Calverton, N.Y., about 70 miles east of New York City on Long Island, will join more than 7,500 Pella team members who build doors and windows throughout the United States.

Pella Crafted Luxury is a product and services collection serving the luxury home market and includes Pella, Grabill Windows & Doors, acquired in 2015, and now Reilly Windows & Doors.
