P.H. Tech Sold to Private Equity Firm

P.H. Tech and its subsidiaries have been acquired by BDG & Partners, a privately held Canadian fund based in in Montreal, and P.H. Tech president and CEO Caroline Dallaire.

The current management team will remain in place, and all production sites will operate the same as before the acquisition.

“The partnership with BDG will allow P.H. Tech access to capital and expertise to sustain its growth initiatives and to continue developing and introducing new and innovative products to its clients” says Dallaire.

“We are pleased to become partners with a great team that has a long history of growth and job creation in the region’’ says Jean-Lou Paquet, Partner at BDG.

Founded in 1962 by Raymond and Dominique Dallaire, P.H Tech, located in Quebec, specializes in the design of PVC windows and patio doors as well as in PVC profile extrusion for its own door and window systems. The company’s products are sold across Canada, the United States, the Caribbean and Japan.

P.H. Tech currently employs around 250 people in three facilities, including one in Leetsdale, Pa.
