Keipp Reappointed as CFO and VP for Huttig
Huttig Building Products has appointed Philip Keipp as vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), a role he previously served in from July 2009 to June 2015, while also serving as the company’s senior financial consultant. As CFO, he takes the place of Jon Vrabely, who served as interim CFO since January 2018.
Keipp returns to the post with many years of experience as a certified public accountant and financial expert, with more than 12 years’ experience in public auditing, including 10 at KPMG. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Lindenwood University.
“I am pleased that Phil has rejoined Huttig as his in-depth knowledge of the company will make for a seamless transition and he will have an immediate impact on the business,” Vrabely says.
Masco Corp. Announces Group President
Masco Corporation recently promoted Jai Shah to group president, where he is now responsible for Milgard Windows and Doors, UK Window Group and other business units. Shah was previously president of Delta Faucet Company and, prior to that, served in various leadership roles at Masco.
“Given that Jai has consistently demonstrated his ability to develop high-performing teams, drive focus on the customer and deliver outstanding results, I am confident that he will continue to deliver growth and innovation leading multiple business units,” says Keith Allman, president and chief executive officer.
Shah is a certified public accountant, and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, as well as Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.
Therma-Tru Names New President
Fenton Challgren was recently named the new president of Therma-Tru Corp., a Fortune Brands Home and Security Inc. company (FBHS). He will report to former president Brett Finley, who is now president of FBHS’s doors and security segment.
Challgren, who holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University, joined Therma-Tru last December as its vice president, business development, prior to which he was the president of Sipi Metals Corp. He also worked nine years at IDEX Corp., as president of the chemical food and process platform.
Billco Names Martino and Vietmeier New VPs
Billco Manufacturing recently named Aron Martino vice president of Global Supply Chain and Darin Vietmeier as its vice president of Engineering. Martino, a long-time member of the Zelienople, Pa.-based company, now manages global directives, focusing on quality standards. Vietmeier assumes leadership over a team of engineers, managing both daily tasks and driving new project initiatives.

Roto Announces New Sales Team MemberRoto North America recently announced that John Miller, of Tek-Parts, has joined its sales team. Effective October 1, Miller now supports the company’s customer base across a seven-state, west coast region. He brings with him more than 29 years of industry experience, with a focus on both the sales and technical support side of operations.
“John joins our team at a time when we are building momentum by combining quality hardware products and excellent delivery service,” says Dan Gray, director of sales. “He will work closely with Pat Donnelly to advance Roto’s position as a leading supplier of hardware to the fenestration industry.”
