NFRC to Participate in AIA Conference on Architecture

Representatives from the National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) will be on hand to educate design professionals about the value of its energy performance rating label during the American Institute of Architect’s (AIA) Conference on Architecture, set for June 21-23 at the Javits Center in New York City.

NFRC welcomes attendees to visit booth No. 3169 to learn more about using its ratings to compare products and to help make homes and buildings healthier, more comfortable and energy efficient.

“We welcome the opportunity to connect in-person with members of the design,” said Deb Callahan, NFRC’s CEO. “Our attendance underscores our dedication to providing the information they need to best serve their clients.”

In the U.S. alone, the amount of energy lost through inefficient windows is about $50 billion annually. By using the NFRC label, design professionals and others can determine how well windows, doors, and skylights reflect or retain light and heat, allowing them to identify the products that will enable them to reach their project goals.
