Mark Hackbarth Retires, H.B. Fuller Announces Replacement, New Hire

Business Director of H.B. Fuller’s North America Glass, Mark Hackbarth has retired after 42 years.

“Under Mark’s leadership, H.B. Fuller has become a key market leader in the North American insulated glass industry. Mark’s impact on the industry and the people around him has been indelible and he will be greatly missed.  HB Fuller would like to express our gratitude for Mark’s dedication to the Glass Business, and to H.B. Fuller,” said Michael Speicher, marketing manager.

On the heels of Hackbarth’s retirement came the announcement of his replacement, with the promotion of Paul McHale to the role of business director, North America Glass. McHale joined H.B. Fuller in 2012 as an applications engineer and quickly demonstrated his leadership skills in applications engineering and technical service.

Additionally, H.B Fuller has hired Charley Paul to fill the role of geographical sales manager for NE North America.

“Charley has a technical sales background and has experience solving customer problems and selling value-added solutions,” said Speicher. “Her technical abilities, strong communication skills, and sales experience will allow her to make an immediate impact on our Americas Glass Team.”
