Kolbe & Kolbe announced it promoted Shannon Berens to general counsel.

Berens, who advises the company’s executive leadership team on legal and business matters, most recently served as Kolbe’s assistant general counsel and previously, as corporate counsel.

She worked in private practice prior to joining Kolbe in 2010. A University of Wisconsin (UW) alumna, Berens graduated from UW Law School in Madison and earned her bachelor’s degree from UW Eau Claire.
