Huttig Building Products announced the appointment of Phillip W Keipp as vice president and chief financial officer.

Keipp was previously the company’s senior financial consultant, and prior to that, served in the same position he has now, as the company’s VP and CFO from July 2009 to June 2015. Keipp comes with many years of experience as a CPA and financial expert. He served for over 12 years in public auditing, including ten years at KPMG. Keipp has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lindenwood University.

Keipp will be taking the place of Vrabely, who served as interim CFO since January 31, 2018.

“I am pleased that Phil has rejoined Huttig as his in-depth knowledge of the company will make for a seamless transition and he will have an immediate impact on the business,” says Vrabely.
