The ASC Hall of Fame honors individuals in the adhesive and sealant industry who have made contributions to the “betterment of the industry,” says the ASC.

Owens was named H.B. Fuller president and CEO in 2010. He first joined the company in 2008 as senior vice president of the Americas region. Before H.B. Fuller, Owens spent 22 years with National Adhesives in a variety of roles.
Owens is also a board member of Donaldson Co. and serves on the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business board of overseers and its executive education advisory board. Additionally, he is a board member of the American Chemistry Council and the National Association of Manufacturers, and also served on the Minnesota Super Bowl LII host committee.
“Jim has been a global ambassador for the North American adhesive industry, a powerful advocate for the essential role adhesives play as an innovative solution provider for customers,” says Allmond. “He epitomizes the very criteria of ASC’s Hall of Fame, and we are honored to recognize Jim for his substantial contributions to the betterment of the adhesives industry.”
