Glass, Glazing and Fenestration Companies Named Among World’s Best Employers
November 1st, 2022 by Joshua HuffForbes has released its sixth annual World’s Best Employers for 2022 and several glass, glazing and fenestration companies made the list. The winners were chosen based on an independent survey by Statista Inc.
Statista polled 150,000 full- and part-time workers across 57 countries about their employment experience, including working conditions, salary, the potential for growth, diversity and how likely they would be to recommend their employer to a family member or friend.
For 3M, which was ranked No. 35 in the conglomerate category, the honor is a culmination of hard work to provide an inclusive and welcoming workplace for all employees

In addition to being named in Forbes’ annual list, Dow announced that it recently was named one of the best workplaces in manufacturing and production by Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine.

Companies are assessed on how well they nurture a great employee experience taking into consideration all aspects including race, gender, age, disability status, and job responsibilities.
