Toronto-based Gem Windows and Doors says it has been able to keep 95% of its staff employed through the COVID-19 global pandemic and subsequent economic upheaval, and continued to serve customers electronically and by phone, while maintaining prescribed safety protocols and procedures.

As part of the company’s Canada Day celebration, Gem wants to continue to help the Canadian economy, and launches its “Made in Canada” Rebate program. The program will provide customers with the opportunity to receive a rebate of up to $500 when they buy products made in Canada.

Gem supplies premium steel, fiberglass, wood clad, aluminum and vinyl products for projects of all sizes, both residential and commercial. Gem Windows and Doors says it is committed to helping Canadians through this challenging time, supporting the local economy while helping its customers upgrade and beautify their homes, office or business spaces.
