GED Closes 2018 with 30 New Hires

Officials for GED Integrated Solutions Inc. (GED) announced today that the company hired more than 30 employees in 2018, including several new individuals in key management positions.

Bradly Duguaynow serves as the company’s director of customer service, planning, directing and managing service department operations. Duguay’s responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations and planning the use of materials and human resources.

“GED is pleased to have Bradly on board to develop customer service strategies to continually improve our customers’ experiences with our brand,” says Bill Weaver, president and CEO of GED. “I’m confident the addition of Bradly to the GED Service Departmentwill grow our service capabilities as well as strengthen the service team as a whole.”

Daniel McLeanjoined as the company’s product marketing manager, a position that company officials say is new to its marketing lineup. McLean directs new product development programs for the company, while also assisting with product marketing programs for existing products and managing GED’s ecommerce initiative.

Dean O’Malleywas hired as manufacturing manager, now leading, planning, directing and coordinating the company’s manufacturing operations, to ensure the quality and timeliness of internal assembly departments, officials say, including among its external customers.

Trevor Kropfwas brought on as a regional sales manager for the company, representing its Canadian territory. He brings with him 20 years of industrial sales experience, officials say.

Other additions to the company’s software and mechanical engineering departments, include Ryan Malov, Evan Mooreand TJ Sae-Kho.

“As we start this new year, we have many opportunities,” Weaver says. “Acquiring personnel who can assist our customers and identify and improve productivity and quality is critical, and an investment we will continue in 2019.”
