Former executive vice president at Functional Fenestration Inc. (FFI)  Jim Roberts will now assume the role of company president and chief operating officer, as he has been elected by the board of directors.

Robert Renner, founder of FFI and previous president, has also moved up to become FFI’s chairman of the board of directors and CEO.

“I am excited to pass the torch to Jim Roberts, and look forward to more years working closely with him,” says Renner. “My focus now will be product development and continuing my relationships with established customers and vendors.”

Roberts joined FFI as an industry professional with decades of experience in domestic and European hardware. His previous positions includes president of Winkhaus North America and sales leadership roles at Weiser Lock and Kwikset.
