Fortune Brands Announces Changes to LeadershipMarch 14th, 2019 by Editor
In what company officials suggest is a focus on continued growth, Fortune Brands Home and Security Inc. (parent company to Therma-Tru Doors) has announced promotions to key leadership positions. Nicholas Fink has been named president and chief operating officer.
“As part of our continued strategy to strengthen and position the business for the next phase of growth, we are evolving our leadership team with a new yet traditional leadership role to better address the ever-changing markets and capture more growth opportunities,” said Christopher Klein, CEO of Fortune Brands.
Fink, who joined Fortune Brands in 2015, will report to Klein, who continues to lead core portfolio strategies and focus on broader opportunities. Presidents of Fortune’s plumbing, cabinets, and doors and security divisions will report to Fink. He will focus on applying resources to market changes and driving strategies to create value across all businesses in their respective divisions, officials said. Since its inception in 2018, he served as president of the global plumbing group, posting nearly $1.9 billion in sales.
