FlexScreen, Great Day Improvements Post Substantial Growth in Inc. 5000 List

Inc. Magazine released its annual Inc. 5000 List this week with nine door and window related companies making the cut for the fastest-growing private companies in America. In fact, all but one company experienced three-year growth of more than 100%, with FlexScreen of Export, Pa. posting growth of 307% and Ohio’s Great Day Improvements growth of 764%.

“A strength runs through America’s small businesses that defies the forces twisting our economy into such weird knots,” the list’s authors wrote, noting that more than 1.7 million jobs were added in 2022 alongside 695 newly-founded companies.

Companies making the 2022 list posted median growth of 230%, up from 167% in 2021. The companies generated a combined $317.5 billion in revenue. Last year, that figure was $248 billion.

#828 – Great Day Improvements in Macedonia, Ohio. (764% growth)

#1,962 – FlexScreen in Export, Pa. (307% growth)

#2,376 – Liteworks Window and Door in Marietta, Ga. (246% growth)

#2,870 – NEWPRO Home Solutions in Woburb, Mass. (190% growth)

#2,910 – Murphy Door of West Haven, Utah. (186% growth)

#2,955 – Universal Roofing and Exteriors in Indianapolis, Ind. (183% growth)

#4,051 – Window Nation in Fulton, Md. (119% growth)

#4,106 – Kodiak Building Partners in Highlands Ranch, Col. (115% growth)

#4,670 – The Coeur d’ Alene Window Co.in Spokane, Wash. (92% growth)
