Officials for FeneTech Inc. report that they’re expecting more than 110 representatives from more than 50 door and window manufacturers and glass fabricators to attend the company’s annual conference. According to a news release from FeneTech, the conference began in 2003 with less than 20 attendees representing 11 companies. This year’s event will take place June 10-12 at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel in Ohio, during which the company plans to address updates to its FeneVision enterprise resource planning (ERP) software program.

In addition to information sessions, attendees can visit with industry vendors representing companies who do business in fenestration.

“We’re excited to announce the addition of more tracks to help our customers get the most out of our conference,” FeneTech manager of administrative services Samantha Hudeck said. “Our users’ comments and suggestions not only fuel our development efforts, but we cater each conference to their business needs.”

Each year, FeneVision developers and analysts survey the software’s users during the conference to find out what they would like to see in future enhancements, company officials said, the results of which lead to future development strategies.

“The opportunity to meet and share techniques and solutions with other users, some of whom have been using the software for two decades, is invaluable,” FeneTech president and CEO Ron Crowl said.
