Officials for Endura Products Inc. say they’re one step closer to completing the acquisition of Contact Industries, with both organizations beginning operations under the name of Endura Products Inc. earlier this week. The step is one of many that brings the two companies toward operating as a unified entity since the acquisition began in December 2016.

To celebrate this milestone, the Prineville, Crook County Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting on Friday, July 19, from 2–3 p.m. at Endura Products’ (formerly Contact Industries) Prineville location.

“Since the initial stages of the acquisition of Contact Industries at the end of 2016, we have worked together as a team to deliver even stronger solutions, as our partnership has presented opportunities to provide new product innovations and expand the customers and markets we serve,” said Bruce Procton, Endura president. “We are excited for what the future holds as we continue to work together and deliver even better value to our customers and industry as a whole.”
