DWM Wins Silver at ASBPE AwardsJune 28th, 2016 by Editor
Door and Window Market (DWM) magazine took home a silver in the American Society of Business Publication Editors’ (ASBPE) Mid-Atlantic regional awards, given out on Tuesday in Alexandria, Va. DWM editor Trey Barrineau was recognized in the highly competitive feature article category for his 2015 report, “Where Have All the Workers Gone?” Art director Saundra Hutchison was also honored for her work on the feature.
DWM’s sister publications, USGlass and Window Film, were award winners as well.
USGlass editor Ellen Rogers won twice in the technical article category, capturing silver and bronze. Additionally, the cover of the USGlass August anniversary issue won a bronze in the category of Design: Front Cover-Special Issue or Supplement. Hutchison and fellow art director Dawn Campbell both spent countless hours on this special commemorative cover.
Window Film magazine editor Casey Flores won silver in the Video Tutorial category for its TintTV program.
