Last week, Cornerstone Building Brands announced its purchase of Cascade Windows, headquartered in Spokane Valley, Wash., is now complete. In the deal, first announced earlier this month, Cornerstone acquired the comprehensive portfolio of vinyl windows and patio doors, six manufacturing facilities located in Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Utah, Colorado and California. The deal also includes three distribution centers in Idaho, Washington and Colorado.

The Cascade Windows business will be added to Cornerstone’s U.S. Windows Business Unit and Geoff Bennett will continue to lead this business, reporting directly to Art Steinhafel, president of U.S. Windows Cornerstone Building Brands.
