Paul Lavoie, Connecticut’s newly appointed Chief Manufacturing Officer, visited Roto Frank of America Inc., located in Chester, Conn., on April 6.

Lavoie toured Roto’s manufacturing facilities and met with the company’s leadership team to discuss “the future of manufacturing in Connecticut,” according to a Roto press release. Rebecca Mead from the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce joined the Roto team for the conversation.

Chris Dimou, Roto’s president and CEO, used the meeting to provide information about the investments the company has been making in the state and shared the progress the South-Central Manufacturing Partnership is making in areas of talent management, promoting manufacturing, and cost topography.
