Chelsea Building Products Inc. has acquired the assets of the Everlast Polymeric Cladding System, including the brand and full distribution rights, from American Builders and Contractors Supply Co., Inc. (ABC Supply).

Chelsea Building Products will be the sole manufacturer/marketer of the Everlast Polymeric Cladding products. The Everlast Polymeric Cladding products have been manufactured, under a supply agreement, by Chelsea Building Products for the past seven years and sold exclusively to Norandex Building Materials Distribution Inc. and ABC Supply since its acquisition.

For ABC Supply, this will be a seamless transition into a traditional manufacturer/distributor relationship. Its Norandex business unit will continue to be the sales and marketing arm promoting the Everlast Polymeric Cladding products across the ABC Supply branch network on behalf of Chelsea Building Products.
