Centennial Windows and Doors was the recipient of the Energy Star Canada 2019 Manufacturer of the Year award, given in recognition of companies that display market transformation and the ongoing advancement of the “Five A’s”: availability, awareness, accessibility, affordability and acceptability of energy-efficient products.
The company was the first window manufacturer and retailer to qualify for Natural Resources Canada’s Energy Star program. The award makes the fifth Energy Star Canada Award that Centennial Windows and Doors has garnered. In 2009, the company won the Better Business Bureau Business Integrity Award and in 2015 was the winner of the London Chamber of Commerce’s Business Achievement Awards.
“Energy efficiency in our homes and buildings helps Canadians save money, creates jobs, reduces pollution and contributes to our clean energy future,” said the Honorable Amarjeet Sohi, Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources. “I congratulate Centennial Windows and Doors for their ongoing leadership in improving energy efficiency in Canada.”
