Window Products Inc., parent company of Cascade Windows, and OmniMax, parent company to Amerimax, have announced that Cascade Windows acquired the assets of Amerimax Windows and Doors, effective January 17, 2020.

Amerimax Windows and Doors is a replacement window and door producer with plants in Colorado and California. Cascade Windows is a manufacturer of residential vinyl windows and doors headquartered in Spokane, Wash., and serves the new construction housing industry.

By combining this presence with the Amerimax products, locations and associates, Cascade will now be better positioned to serve the Western United States, says the company.

“In the upcoming weeks and months, our goal will be to continue providing our customers with outstanding products and customer service, while integrating the Amerimax locations into the Cascade family,” states a press release on the company’s website.

Officials did not get back in touch with [DWM] to answer further questions before press time.
