Burk Joins Intigral as Director, Workforce Development

Intigral has appointed Mike Burk to the role of director of workforce development. Burk joins the company with more than 25 years of industry experience and an extensive background in training and development.

“As a company, we have always put a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and providing continuous value to our customers,” says Jason Thomas, president of Intigral. “We believe Mike is the perfect person to further develop our training programs and uphold our commitment to providing best-in-class training to our workforce in order to better serve our customers. We are thrilled to have him join our team.”

Burk holds a master’s degree in adult learning and development from Cleveland State University and a bachelor’s degree in business from Myers College in Cleveland. He is actively involved with industry organizations as the current chairperson for the Insulating Glass Manufacturing Association’s (IGMA) Glass Safety Awareness Council and former chairperson for IGMA’s Certification and Education Committee.

Burk most recently served as a product sales specialist for Quanex Building Products. He lives in Cleveland with his wife, Pam. He has two daughters and four granddaughters and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy Submarine Service.
