Pennsylvania Window Glass Plant Hopes to Reclaim the Good Ole' Days

The American Window Glass plant in Jeannette, Penn., used to employ 1,500 men during the 1940s. Tucked in a small Westmoreland County valley, Jeannette was, at one time, queen of glass-making. During the height of glass-making in the city, there were seven glass-producing plants in operation.
