AmesburyTruth Names Phillip Cooke as Channel Sales Manager

AmesburyTruth is adding to its team with Phillip Cooke, who will serve as channel sales manager.

In his new role, Cooke will evaluate, develop and execute strategies that capitalize on adding value to the channel delivery process for customers. He will leverage internal and external resources to understand and drive customer values designed to increase overall sales contribution.

Cooke has more than seven years of experience in building supply, vinyl product extrusion, and building supply distribution industries to his new position. Prior to joining AmesburyTruth, he was employed by Guardian Building Products Distribution. In that role, he worked directly with suppliers and customers to optimize value delivery, assess overall footprint and develop strategies to enhance enterprise performance. Before Guardian, Cooke was the division sales and marketing director for Mid Atlantic Vinyl Products.

”This position is essential as we continue to grow and evolve in the marketplace,” says Rolland Petersson, senior director of sales and marketing. “Phillip’s experience will allow us to successfully add value to our channel customers.”

Cooke holds a bachelor’s degree from Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Va. He will be based in Statesville, N.C.
