Kolbe Windows & Doors has promoted Nathan Bonikowske to serve as director of operations for its Manawa Division.
Bonikowske previously served as the division’s technical director. In this new position he will now report to Mark Harger, vice president for the Manawa Division, and oversee all operational functions at the division, including engineering, quality, continuous improvement, maintenance and manufacturing. He also directly supervises the plant manager and manufacturing staff.
“Nathan has been a dedicated member of the Manawa team for more than 21 years, consistently demonstrating a strong commitment to the business, our team members and our customers,” said Harger.
As a member of Kolbe’s leadership team, Bonikowske represents the company at the Window & Door Manufacturers Association and its Hallmark Certification Committee. He also participates in continuing education opportunities, including Wisconsin Leads: Executive Fellowship program of the Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) Foundation.
