FritsJurgens, a Dutch designer and manufacturer of pivot systems, has joined the North American market with the opening of a New York office. Full operations are now underway, with direct sales support, technical assistance and delivery from the company’s own local warehouse serving the United States and Canada.

Company leadership says the New York office brings together commercial sales support, technical expertise, and direct product delivery, allowing FritsJurgens to be a local partner for door manufacturers, architects, installers and distributors across the United States and Canada.

“FritsJurgens is not entering the North American market from a distance. We are in it,” said Marko Kamminga, CEO. “With a full team on the ground and operations running from our New York office, we are ready to work alongside architects, door manufacturers, and installers as a true local partner.”

Headquartered in Kolham, the Netherlands, FritsJurgens designs and manufactures architectural pivot systems that are installed entirely inside the door, requiring no floor assembly or visible hardware.

The New York office is the company’s third location, behind the headquarters in Kolham and a regional office in Dubai, serving the Middle East and Asia.

“Our partners in North America now have a local FritsJurgens team available for technical training, specification support, and hands-on project guidance,” said Arjan van der Wal, the company’s chief commercial officer. “Combined with direct delivery from our own warehouse, we are fully equipped to support projects from first contact to completion.”

The office is led by Ahmet Astal, managing director, North America. With more than 24 years of experience in the door and access hardware industry, Astal oversees all commercial and technical activities across the region.
