Trimlite Equity L.P. recently announced it has acquired Harris Door and Millwork (Harris Door).

Founded in 2019, Harris Door is a distributor of door products and millwork headquartered in Pendergrass, Georgia. The Harris family has been involved in several successful door distribution companies dating back to the 1940’s.

Trimlite was acquired by Wynnchurch Capital L.P. in July 2021.

Harris Door and Millwork is the third acquisition by Trimlite since Wynnchurch Capital acquired the business.
Harris Door was represented by The JIAN Group during the acquisition.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
