TrussPoint Roofing & Exterior Renovations (TrussPoint) recently acquired Eaton Roofing & Exteriors LLC, a Kansas-based exterior renovation company.
Founded in 1993, Eaton Roofing & Exteriors has locations in Wichita, Topeka, Salina, Hutchinson and Manhattan. The company specializes in residential roofing, siding, windows and doors, and gutters.
Backed by advice from Akerman, TrussPoint’s acquisition of Eaton strengthens the former’s presence in the Midwest and advances the platform’s strategy of investing in high-growth, retail-centered exterior services companies. Launched in 2025 with its initial investment in Ridge Top Exteriors, TrussPoint continues to expand through strategic acquisitions of leading regional providers.
