Key Media & Research (KMR), parent company to [DWM] magazine, announced that Erin Harris, advertising coordinator, received the company’s 2025 Award for Extraordinary Service.

Harris has been with the company since 2005. As advertising coordinator, she is the primary point of contact and leading service provider for the company’s customers. In 2025, her role expanded to include coordinating and managing advertising and sponsored media placements across five brands, including print and digital publications, websites and e-newsletters.

“Erin is our advertising coordinator, but the scope of her work has grown to be so much more than the title implies,” said Drew Vass, executive editor and vice president, creative and client services. “It’s inspiring to watch how she’s taken ownership over these new responsibilities and areas, in the process making herself an essential part of KMR’s success. It’s gratifying to see someone grow and advance in this way—what we live for as a company and as managers.”

KMR’s Award for Extraordinary Service is presented annually and was named after past president Holly X. Biller, who was with the company for 30 years, over which she epitomized the definition of extraordinary service. Biller retired from the glass industry at the end of 2024, after which Harris took on an expanded role and additional responsibilities.

“Erin embodies our Award for Extraordinary Service through her unwavering dedication to superior coordination and customer service,” said Debra Levy, CEO. “She is one of many who go above and beyond each day to ensure KMR’s success and she has set a shining example for others to follow.”

The award was presented amid KMR’s annual holiday gathering in December. Harris is now in her 21st year with the company.
