The National Lumber and Building Material Dealers Association (NLBMDA) elected its new leadership team during the NLBMDA board of directors meeting held Tuesday, October 7. Frank Addiego was selected as chair.

Frank Addiego

Addiego is the president of All Bay Mill & Lumber Co., a building material supplier serving Northern California. He began his career with the company in 2000 in inside sales. In 2013, following the unexpected passing of his father and company founder, Guido Addiego, Frank assumed the role of company president. From 2015 to 2023, Addiego served on the board of directors of the West Coast Lumber & Building Material Association (WCLBMA), including as president from 2020 to 2022.

“[NLBMDA is] unified group of…dealers,” Addiego said in a video at the 2025 ProDealer Industry Summit. “I mean, the politics are going to be what they are. And it’s absolutely nuts right now. Because of that craziness, because the [federal government] needs to figure out its identity, that’s why it’s really important for more and more dealers to be a part of the national side.”

NLBMDA president and CEO Jonathan Paine tagged Addiego a strong leader and advocate for NLBMDA and the entire lumber and building material industry.

“I look forward to working alongside Frank and continuing to advance the mission of the association and advocate for the Federal legislative, code and regulatory interests of the industry,” Paine said. “I also want to recognize and thank Mark Zemrowski for his outstanding leadership and dedication as chair of NLBMDA these past two years. Mark’s leadership helped the association attain success through an ever-changing political landscape.”

In addition to Addiego, new NLBMDA officers include:

  • NLBMDA vice chair: Carin Brock, vice president and deputy general counsel, US LBM Holdings Inc., Rockwall, Texas;
  • NLBMDA treasurer: Sandy Zelka, CFO, Curtis Lumber Company, Ballston Spa, New York; and
  • NLBMDA immediate past chair: Mark Zemrowski, chief operating officer, Von Tobel Corp., Valparaiso, Indiana.
