Northeast Architectural opened a 1,200-square-foot showroom in Upper Montclair, New Jersey, after two years of construction and renovation. Company officials say the facility offers a one-stop experience for those designing, building or renovating high-end residential spaces.
Northeast Architectural commissioned architect Lucio Di Leo of Studio RAI in Pelham, New York, to create a distinctive facade that reflects the company’s future expansion in the luxury residential market. Officials say a standout feature is an oversized five-foot by nine-foot Kobbe pivot entrance door, finished in oxidized brown. Manufactured in Poland, the door is equipped with concealed hinges and a biometric fingerprint reader.

Northeast Architectural hosted an open house on Sept. 19, 2025, which was kicked off by a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Montclair mayor Dr. Renee Baskerville.
