“I am honored to lead a company with such a strong legacy as Simpson,” said Schneider. “As we look ahead, we’ll continue to invest in product innovation and industry-leading quality that help our customers bring their design visions to life. Our future is rooted in staying true to who we are—makers of beautiful, durable and timeless wood doors—while evolving to meet the needs of tomorrow’s homeowners and designers.”

With more than two decades of experience at Simpson, Schneider brings significant operational expertise and a strong customer-first mindset, company officials said. He joined the company in 2001 and has held key roles in operations and sales, most recently serving as the vice president of manufacturing.

“Steve’s deep understanding of our operations, our customers’ needs and his commitment to excellence make him exceptionally well-suited to lead Simpson’s next chapter,” said Brad Loveless, executive vice president of sales and marketing. “His journey through the company is a testament of the values we hold dear—dedication, innovation and integrity.”

Officials also extended a heartfelt appreciation to Phil Steklenski, who served as president since 2014. Steklenski has been instrumental in guiding the company through a decade of growth and transformation, helping position Simpson as an industry leader in quality and product innovation, officials said.
