Pella Windows & Doors of Arkansas and Missouri has announced that it was recently named as one of the 2025 Biz 417’s Best Places to Work (Small Employer). The awards program was created by Biz 417 in partnership with Best Companies Group.
The regional survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in southwest Missouri, benefiting the region’s economy, workforce and businesses. Employers fill out a questionnaire about their companies, while employees are asked to take a survey. Through these elements, Best Companies Group gathers “direct input” and “candid feedback” about a company’s work environment, helping to determine if it is truly one of the best in southwest Missouri.
Pella Windows & Doors of Arkansas and Missouri is the locally owned dealer representing products from Pella Corp., a family-owned business celebrating its 100th year in 2025.
Pella has three local stores, located in Springfield, Missouri, North Little Rock, Arkansas, and Bentonville, Arkansas.
