The Glass Guru has announced the opening of three new franchise locations: one in Conroe, Texas; one in Carrollton, Texas; and one in Apex, North Carolina. Company officials describe these expansions as “significant milestone[s]” in the company’s goal to provide window repair and replacement services across the United States.
The new Conroe franchise is owned and operated by Mark and Jennifer Hayward. The new Carrollton franchise is owned by Rob and Annette Lopez, but will be operated by Juan Mercado, who brings extensive glass-industry experience with him in his role.
“As I transition into my new role with The Glass Guru of Carrollton, I am eager and prepared to embrace the challenges ahead,” said Mercado. “My ambitious five-year goal is to leverage my extensive experience in home services to drive growth and innovation within our community. I aspire to position The Glass Guru of Carrollton as a leader in residential glass repair and replacement services in the DFW area, synonymous with quality service excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction.”

The new Apex franchise will be owned and operated by Brian Garoutte, who brings more than 20 years of experience in franchise development across multiple brands.
