ODL Inc. has announced the appointment of Derek Fielding as vice president of strategic marketing and business development. ODL officials say Fielding has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in the building products industry, including nearly 15 years of experience at Fortune Brands Innovations Inc., and leadership roles within marketing at Therma-Tru.
