“The evaluation shows that Roto is considered an extremely attractive and dependable employer,” said Claudia Wirth, head of corporate human resources at Roto FTT.

The rating consisted of three categories: sustainability, efficiency, and working environment. The recognition underscores Roto’s commitment to attracting qualified and motivated employees, she said. Company officials say Roto’s dedication to a sustainable future is closely linked to its efforts in creating a supportive working environment.

“By identifying and addressing the needs of our staff, we create an environment where everyone can actively contribute to Roto’s sustainable future,” Wirth explained.

The company focuses on providing attractive working conditions, state-of-the-art technologies, and continuous training to foster employee
growth.

Wirth emphasized, “The best jobs with future prospects pave the way for future success and make Roto the number one employer.”
