Effective October 1, 2024, the transaction marks what company officials call “an important milestone” in Upstate Door’s growth, expanding its product offerings and capabilities to meet the evolving needs of customers.
Architectural Openings Inc.’s expertise will help Upstate Door Inc. expand its wood window line, allowing the company to better serve existing clientele, Upstate officials say.
An Upstate Door Inc. statement indicates the company will integrate Architectural Openings’ operations into its existing structure, while retaining the current location and team members to ensure a seamless transition for customers and employees alike.
